It has taken over one year and countless hours of collaboration, but this month GM Financial Canada launched the much anticipated consumer and dealer websites. closely mirrors the U.S. corporate website, but profiles Canadian-related products and information. With a robust FAQ section, current offers, buying resources, etc., all geared toward the Canadian consumer or dealer, the Canadian site provides the right resources to the right audience, 24/7.

"Increasingly, consumers and dealers are asking to connect with GM Financial Canada online, and now we have a best-in-class website to send them to," noted Howard Cobham, SVP Canadian Dealer Services. "Security and privacy were top of mind when we were developing the consumer and dealer versions of the website, so I feel great knowing that our consumers can visit the website, check on their GM Financial loan account and know that their account information will not be compromised. I was really impressed when the U.S. site launched, and now I'm extremely proud of how the first phase of the Canadian version turned out and helps expand the GM Financial brand."

The dealer version of the website can be viewed at and profiles products that are only available to Canadian GM dealers, plus has a newsroom with program information, dealer success stories, and Account Representative profiles. Further, for those users who prefer to do their Web browsing in French, both websites have a French-language version available.
